Job Role Overview: The Corporate Hospitality Sales Specialist will oversee inbound inquiries, coordinate bookings for SID Royale’s luxury rooms, and drive revenue by cultivating relationships with corporate clients for extended stays. This role requires a blend of sales acumen and customer service excellence to ensure guest satisfaction and to establish long-term partnerships with corporate accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all inbound inquiries, promptly address client needs, and manage reservations to maximize occupancy.
Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, promoting SID Royale’s offerings for extended stays and corporate retreats.
Identify opportunities to enhance corporate bookings and negotiate contracts for extended stays and recurring reservations.
Collaborate with marketing to align on outreach campaigns targeting corporate accounts and support business growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3+ years of sales or account management experience in similar roles within large hotel chains.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to convert inquiries into bookings and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
Experience in corporate sales and customer service is highly desirable.
