The ideal candidate will be a creative, detail-oriented professional with a solid understanding of influencer ecosystems in the female beauty, skincare, and grooming space. This role involves managing influencer collaborations and campaigns end-to-end to enhance brand visibility, build credibility, and drive growth on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and beyond.Key Responsibilities- Build and execute influencer marketing strategies tailored to Sotrue’s beauty, skincare, & grooming categories.- Identify, onboard, and manage beauty, lifestyle, and wellness influencers/content creators.- Plan & run targeted campaigns around product launches, festive seasons, and ongoing brand initiatives.- Collaborate with brand & creative teams to design engaging influencer briefs and ensure brand alignment.- Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and ensure timely deliverables.- Monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and optimize future initiatives.- Stay updated with trends in the beauty & personal care influencer space to keep Sotrue ahead of the curve.- Maintain a structured influencer database with performance metrics.Qualifications- 2–3 years of influencer marketing experience, preferably with beauty, skincare, haircare, or lifestyle brands.- Proven track record of managing impactful influencer campaigns.- Strong understanding of content marketing, creator trends, and Instagram-first strategies.- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.- Familiarity with influencer tools and campaign analytics.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and accountability at all times.
