The "Black Box" Agent: Overpaying agents who keep you in the dark. At outbound, we combine real time embassy requirement tracking with expert street knowledge. We empower travelers to prepare their own visa applications with ease, transparency, and control at a fraction of the cost. The Role We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to execute our growth engine. You will report directly to the Founder (Wharton, ex BCG). This is a "hands on keyboard" role. We do not need a manager who delegates; we need a creator who executes. If you are a digital native who loves testing new angles, editing fast paced video content, and watching the analytics to see what sticks, this is for you. What You Will Do 1. Content & Social (70% : The Core) End to End Production: You don't just plan posts; you make them. You will script, edit, and ship short form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) and static visuals daily. Brand Stewardship & Aesthetics: You are the guardian of our visual identity. You will work with the team to develop and maintain a consistent "brand look" ensuring fonts, colors, and tone are cohesive. You build trust through design. Own the Calendar: You manage the schedule. You ensure we are consistent on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Trend Jacking: You spot travel news and viral audio trends immediately and adapt them to our niche. 2. Performance & Growth (30% : The Scale) Paid Ads: Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search) and Meta Ads. You will A/B test creatives and keep our CPA efficient. SEO & Future Search: Help execute our long term SEO strategy, including "GEO" (Generative Engine Optimization) initiatives to ensure we show up in AI search results. Who You Are Agency Trained: You have spent 2+ years at a fast paced digital agency handling multiple accounts or high volume content. You know how to ship quality work on a deadline. Video Native: You are highly proficient in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or VN . You understand pacing, hooks, and audio. Data Aware: You don't just post for likes; you post for conversion. You check Google Analytics to see if your work is driving revenue. Action Biased: You prefer experimentation over long meetings. You ship fast, fail fast, and fix it. Why Join Us?
