Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhubaneswar for an Inside Sales Manager. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing customer relationships, generating leads, managing accounts, and driving overall sales performance. The role will involve regular follow-ups with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Skills in Inside Sales and Sales
- Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Account Management
- Lead Generation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial
- Prior experience in the renewable energy industry is a plus
