Position: Inside Sales Specialist
Location: Bhubaneswar, Hyderabad
Experience: 2-5 years (EdTech sales preferred) Technical Background will be a plus
What You'll Do:
Make cold calls to potential leads and convert inquiries into enrollments
Identify high-potential prospects and drive revenue growth
Build connections with colleges for long-term business opportunities
Maintain and share daily sales reports with the reporting manager
Provide accurate guidance and support to students, ensuring strong relationships
Meet and exceed sales targets within set deadlines
Work closely with team members and other departments to optimize sales efforts
What We're Looking For:
Strong English communication skills
Technical background (Engineering preferred)
Experience in inside sales or business development (EdTech experience is a plus)
High self-motivation and ambition to achieve targets
Ability to engage and influence engineering students from different branches
