Network Support Specialist L2

Role Type: Consultant

About the Role:

You will provide direct remote support for consultants and local IT teams in India and Singapore. This role is critical to the pilot deployment of a new enterprise connectivity initiative , with future rollout planned across multiple countries. Strong hands-on ability to configure, troubleshoot, and walk end-users through solutions is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support consultants and local IT teams with device setup and connectivity troubleshooting .
  • Perform end-to-end router configuration (from unboxing to deployment).
  • Troubleshoot Netgear Nighthawk devices and similar enterprise Wi-Fi equipment.
  • Provide step-by-step guidance to end-users during live troubleshooting calls.
  • Manage VPN setup, configuration, and troubleshooting for remote users.
  • Document troubleshooting workflows and escalate to global IT teams when needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4+ years in Network Support / IT Infrastructure roles.
  • Proven experience configuring routers, VPNs, and enterprise Wi-Fi devices .
  • Ability to explain and walk through router configuration processes (CLI/GUI).
  • Strong knowledge of VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL, Cisco AnyConnect, Zscaler, etc.).
  • Hands-on troubleshooting with Netgear Nighthawk or equivalent devices.
  • Excellent English proficiency , with ability to guide consultants and IT staff effectively.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience supporting enterprise or consulting environments .
  • Exposure to large-scale multi-country IT support rollouts .
