Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Telecommunications Network Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining network operations, managing and troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring network security, and providing technical support to clients.
About the RoleThis is a full-time, remote position that requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications and network operations, with experience in A2P SMS technologies, SMPP, and TCP/IP protocols.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Monitoring network operations and identifying potential issues
  • Managing and troubleshooting technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensuring network security and integrity
  • Providing technical support to clients via email, phone, or other communication channels
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues

RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have:
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in telecommunications and network operations
  • Strong knowledge of A2P SMS technologies, SMPP, and TCP/IP protocols
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
