Role Overview:
Are you a people person with a flair for leadership? We're seeking a dynamic Sales Team Leader to drive our showroom's success. Inspire and guide a team of passionate sales executives while achieving high sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales executives to meet and exceed monthly targets.
- Set daily/weekly goals and monitor team performance through regular feedback and training.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for driving showroom sales and customer engagement.
- Oversee customer interactions and ensure a seamless buying experience—from inquiry to delivery.
- Coordinate with other departments (finance, service, administration) to streamline overall processes.
- Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and present performance insights to management.
- Handle escalated customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct regular product and sales training for the team.
Requirements:
- Graduation in any discipline; MBA or relevant diploma preferred.
- 5+ years of sales experience (automobile experience a plus).
- Previous team handling or leadership experience is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Target-driven, positive attitude, and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent organizational and reporting skills.
