Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Manager at WCube in Gurugram. The role involves overseeing day-to-day HR tasks, such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and policy implementation.


Qualifications

  • 6-8 years of Human Resources Management, Recruitment, and Employee Relations expertise
  • Experience in performance management, training, and policy implementation
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus


Responsibilities

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Oversee the end-to-end hiring process, including candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, resolving workplace conflicts effectively.
  • Build a positive workplace culture by promoting employee engagement initiatives.

Performance Management:

  • Develop and manage performance appraisal systems.
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and employee development strategies.

Training and Development:

  • Identify skill gaps and organize training programs to enhance employee competencies.
  • Lead initiatives to improve leadership development across teams.

Policy Development and Compliance:

  • Develop and implement HR policies that align with organizational goals and labor laws.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and act as a liaison with legal advisors when needed.

HR Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor key HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, employee satisfaction scores) to drive informed decision-making.
  • Present reports and recommendations to senior management for HR process improvements.

Compensation and Benefits Administration:

  • Oversee salary benchmarking and benefits planning to attract and retain top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll and employee benefits standards.

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead and mentor the HR team to meet organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with department heads to address cross-functional HR needs.
