Job Description for the HR Manager position:

Job Title: HR Manager


Location: Gurugram, India


Company Overview:

We are a leading technical firm with a workforce of engineers spread across six locations in India. Our head office is located in Gurugram.


Job Description:


Responsibilities:


1. Strategic HR Management: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

2. Performance Management: Design and implement a performance review protocol for all employees.

3. Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruitment and selection process to maintain a strong talent pipeline.

4. Employee Relations: Nurture a positive working environment by resolving issues promptly.

5. Compliance: Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

6. Training & Development: Identify training needs and create programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

7. HR Policies: Develop/contemporize and implement HR policies and procedures.

8. Reporting: Prepare reports related to HR metrics, familiar with HR portal MIS Report.



Qualifications:


1. Proven working experience as an HR Manager.

2. People-oriented and results-driven.

3. Knowledge of HR systems and databases.

4. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.

5. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

6. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

7. Degree in Human Resources or related field.

8. Work experience of 4 years or more.

9. Seeking an HR Senior Executive who embodies core values of trust, loyalty, seniority, and a strong commitment to upholding the organization's ethical standards.


Note: The role involves managing HR operations across multiple locations in India, hence occasional travel may be required.
