About the role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager who can manage all aspects of human resources for our growing team of 300 employees. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling multiple tasks concurrently, have a thorough understanding of HR practices, and ensure the smooth functioning of the company's HR operations across all locations.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end recruitment processes.

Handle hiring for positions ranging from entry-level to senior-level roles.

Partner with senior leadership to anticipate and fulfill manpower requirements.

  1. Employee Onboarding & Induction:

Design and implement a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

Conduct induction sessions.

  1. Performance Management & Employee Development:

Develop and implement performance appraisal systems.

Identify training needs and organize professional development programs.

  1. HR Policies & Compliance:

Ensure compliance with ESI, PF, and labour laws.

Regularly update and implement company policies, ensuring they align with business goals.

  1. Payroll & Benefits Administration:

Oversee payroll processing, employee incentives, and advance applications.

Manage the reconciliation of expense vouchers and verification of compliance.

  1. Workplace Management & Employee Engagement:

Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement activities.

Supervise horticulture, security, and other office amenities.

  1. Surveillance & Monitoring:

Ensure smooth operations through regular monitoring of employee productivity.

Oversee camera surveillance for all stores.

  1. Conflict Resolution:

Handle grievances and mediate workplace disputes to maintain harmony.

Provide guidance on disciplinary matters.

  1. Strategic HR Planning:

Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.

Drive initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.


Key Qualifications:

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.

In-depth knowledge of labour laws, HR compliance, and payroll systems.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proven ability to manage a large, diverse workforce across multiple locations.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
