Role

Use various tools and techniques to find, qualify, and onboard new clients. Maintain positive working relationships with businesses and help them successfully begin relationships with iBCScorp™.

Recruiting manager.

This is an individual contributor position, with no direct reports at present.

Primary Job Responsibilities

1. Target and onboard clients with direct recruiting needs for both C2C and direct hire roles.2. Help reinforce the company’s culture and overall company vision within the team.3. Work with management to continue personal development and the development of the recruiting team on a weekly basis.4. Contribute to the development of overall processes involved in client onboarding and business development5. Educate organizational management on current job trends and the best way to attract clients.6. Help source, hire, train, support and retain new recruiters and talent acquisition business development personnel7. Use intentional transparent processes to help develop our teams and to cultivate company culture through alignment, recruitment, assessment, screening, offering, and the measurement of outcomes.8. Help direct the use of recruiting methods including social media platforms, SEO, job ads and job boards.9. Make sure the company meets its “iDeliver” expectation for clients.10. Maintain and nurture relationships with the businesses we serve.
