Job Overview

Makaz Software Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role involves identifying potential clients, promoting our software products and IT services, and building long-term business relationships. Key Responsibilities

1. Sales and Lead Generation

- Identify and qualify leads through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.- Engage with potential clients to understand their IT needs and propose suitable solutions.

1. Client Engagement and Relationship Management

- Build and nurture relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support during the sales process.

1. Product Knowledge and Demonstrations

- Gain a deep understanding of Makaz Software Solutions' products and services.- Conduct product demonstrations and deliver tailored presentations to showcase solutions effectively.

1. Achieving Sales Targets

- Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and maximize lead conversion.

1. Reporting and Market Analysis

- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales progress, and forecasts using CRM tools.- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.- Experience:- Proven track record in IT sales or a similar role.- Experience with selling software solutions, IT infrastructure, or cloud services is a plus.- Technical Skills:- Familiarity with CRM tools, sales tracking software, and MS Office Suite.- Basic understanding of IT systems, software, and hardware solutions.- Soft Skills:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
