Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced sales expert to join our team in Noida. This full-time position demands an individual adept at identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving the growth of our IT services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and strategic planning skills to succeed in this dynamic role.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and lead generation activities.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements and close deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand client requirements and deliver customized IT solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in IT sales, with a strong understanding of the software development and IT consulting industry.
  • Excellent market research skills to identify sales opportunities and understand market needs.
  • Strong negotiation skills to close sales deals effectively and maximize revenue.
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners.
  • Expertise in strategic planning to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interactions.
  • Skilled in lead generation techniques to attract potential customers and convert leads into sales.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to manage and track sales activities.

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. In addition, you can expect a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
