CloudSEK’s Product Suite:

Job Summary:


The Chief of Staff will be pivotal in driving strategic growth initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency within the leadership team, ensuring comprehensive OKR implementation, and assisting the founder with day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, strategic planning, and operational management.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Drive Company’s ARR Goals (20%)

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive initiatives that contribute to

achieving the $12 million Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) target by the end of the year.

2. Drive Strategic Growth Initiatives (50%)

  • Oversee the Business Development Representative (BDR) program to ensure a

conversion rate of 40% of leads to customers by Q4.

  • Identify and implement new growth opportunities and strategic initiatives that align with

the company's long-term goals.

3. Assist the Founder with Fundraising Efforts (10%)

  • Support the founder in fundraising activities.
  • Prepare necessary documentation and presentations for investors.
  • Achieve successful fundraising outcomes and maintain a high CEO rating.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in a strategic role with a focus on business development and operational management.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Background in fundraising and investor relations is a plus.


Education and Experience:


  • Experience in a similar role or within a leadership capacity.


Work Environment:

  • This role requires flexible working hours to accommodate different time zones and urgent company needs.
  • The position may involve occasional travel to attend meetings, conferences, or events.
