Role & responsibilities:
Knowledge of SMS, IVR, WA campaigns.
Manage and analyze sales data to drive strategic decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
Manage the cost of the campaign.
Lead generation for multiple products and track the funnels.
Analysis of data and campaign optimization.
Template creation & flow design.
This resource will work closely with the ops team and will manage the data and run the campaigns for sales.
Creating a monthly plan for leads and execution the same by managing the acquisition cost.
Coordination with lenders and tracking of lenderwise applications & approvals.
Preferred candidate profile:
Should be from sales background with 3 years of experience in cards, PL, and STPL products (Sales or marketing).
Graduate/PG/MBA
Experience in BFSI/Fintech is a must
Good knowledge of Excel, and marketing tools.
