Job Summary:
We're seeking a Program Manager to oversee our portfolio of data, marketing technology, and automation projects. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project lifecycles, and ensure successful delivery of technology-driven marketing solutions. The ideal candidate will excel in program strategy, quality control, performance reporting, change management, and risk management while supervising long-term strategies comprising multiple projects.

Experience: 10+ years
Key Responsibilities:
Help develop and implement & supervise comprehensive program strategies aligned with organizational goals and client needs. These would usually be long-term strategies consisting of multiple smaller projects,
Manage multiple data, MarTech, and automation projects, ensuring they're delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget tracking.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to align project goals with business objectives.
Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure quality of deliverables and maintain high client satisfaction.
Define and track success metrics for all projects and the overall program, providing regular performance reports to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
3-5 years of project management experience in data, MarTech, and/or marketing automation domains.
Strong knowledge of marketing technologies and data management platforms.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-faceted projects.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
Demonstrated experience in program strategy development, quality control, and performance reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Basic understanding of customer experience (CX) principles and their relation to data and technology projects.
Experience working on projects involving experience design or UX components.
