In this role, you will:
Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels (email, chat, social media).
Assist customers with website navigation, order processing, and product inquiries.
Proactively address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
Be working a Rotational Shift of 9 hours with 1 rotational week off.
What does a Day to Day look like for you?
Customer Interaction: Answer inquiries and assist customers via various communication channels. (Instagram, WhatsApp, Telephone, etc). Influencer reaches out.
Order Processing: Efficiently process and verify customer orders. Mark when paid and fulfilled.
Delivery Coordination: Schedule and manage delivery partners for timely order fulfillment.
Problem Resolution: Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
Quality Assurance : Ensure orders meet quality standards and report product issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in any field.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in English, with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Passion for learning and a willingness to grow within the company.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook).
Familiarity with basic customer service principles.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
In a Nutshell, Handle customer inquiries, process orders, coordinate deliveries, and ensure prompt order fulfillment. Your role is essential in providing exceptional service and maintaining customer satisfaction.
