What’s the opportunity?


As a Growth Marketer at Rocketlane, you will be pivotal in driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

You will work closely with our marketing team to execute marketing strategies and campaigns, primarily focusing on demand generation and lead generation. This role is ideal for a versatile marketer who is ready to wear multiple hats, including SEO writing, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and email marketing.


What will I be doing?


Key Responsibilities


1. Demand Generation and Lead Generation

  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies to create awareness and interest in our products/services.

  • Identify and target ideal customer profiles (ICPs) to generate high-quality leads.

  • Design and manage lead generation campaigns across various channels, such as social media, content marketing, and advertising.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing-generated leads and sales goals.


2. Digital Marketing

  • Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, paid advertising, and content marketing.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing collateral.


3. Email Marketing

  • Develop email marketing campaigns, including email copywriting, design, and segmentation.

  • A/B test email campaigns to optimize open, click-through, and conversion rates.

  • Monitor email marketing metrics and use insights to improve campaign performance.


4. Analytics and Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics to track progress toward growth goals.

  • Prepare regular reports and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.


5. SEO Writing

  • Create high-quality, engaging, SEO-friendly content, including blog posts, articles, and website copy, to improve organic search rankings.

  • Perform keyword research and optimize content for search engines.

  • Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEO optimization platforms.


6. Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify target accounts and develop personalized marketing campaigns.

  • Create and manage ABM campaigns using marketing automation tools.

  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of ABM strategies and make data-driven adjustments.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and content optimization.

  • Data-driven mindset and the ability to use data to make informed decisions.

  • Creative thinker with a willingness to learn and adapt.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
