We are. committed to delivering high-quality, engineering-led solutions with a focus on responsive and cost-effective service.Job Summary: We are seeking a highly capable IT Regional Manager to oversee our IT teams across four sites in India (Waghodia, Vadodara, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad). The IT Regional Manager will be. responsible for managing all IT operations within the region, ensuring top-notch IT support, network maintenance, software application services, and technical support for end-users. Key Responsibilities:Oversee IT administrative and support operations across all Indian sites.Manage and lead IT teams, ensuring effective service delivery and compliance with company. policies. Develop strategic plans for the region's IT needs, including upgrades and expansions. Monitor IT infrastructure, ensuring systems are secure and operational.Handle budgeting for IT expenditures and investments in the region.Provide regular reports on IT performance to senior management. Ensure IT support is responsive and meets the needs of end-users. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the IT department.Manage and maintain ESET Protect Anti-Virus systems. Oversee BCDR Technology to ensure data protection and business continuity.Administer and maintain virtual environments using Hyper-V and VMware. Manage network switches, including Cisco and Unifi, and ensure the proper functioning of wireless access points. Administer Cato SASE Management Network Platform.Oversee LAN, VLAN, WLAN, WAP, and ensure network segregation and segmentation for security. Administer Microsoft 365 accounts, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and managing. licenses, permissions, and security settings in Azure Portal.Support and troubleshoot SharePoint Online and Exchange Online services; assist in configuring and managing SharePoint sites and Exchange email configurations.Provide comprehensive support for Microsoft Office Suite applications, including creating and delivering training sessions or guides. Assist in the setup and maintenance of VPN connections and collaborate on firewall policy. management and rule configuration.Provide comprehensive support for network and local printers, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.Configure and support Windows 10 and Windows 11 Professional or Enterprise environments. troubleshoot related issues. Manage Windows Server Active Directory Domain Controller processes, configure and maintain Group Policy Objects (GPO), and support Azure Active Directory.Maintain meticulous documentation of IT processes, troubleshooting procedures, and network. configurations.Create and update user guides, manuals, and knowledge base articles; share knowledge and best practices with the IT team.Assist in the enforcement of IT security policies and procedures, participate in security. assessments and audits and contribute to compliance initiatives.Collaborate effectively with the IT Manager, IT team members, and cross-functional teams on IT projects and initiatives.Foster a culture of teamwork and knowledge sharing within the IT department. Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in IT management, preferably in a multinational company.Proven experience managing distributed teams. Required Qualifications:Desired Skills: Location: The role is based in India, with responsibilities covering sites in Waghodia, Vadodara, Bengaluru, and Ahmedabad. Travel between these locations is required.Reporting Line: This position reports directly to the IT Manager of Aimtron Corporation in Palatine, IL, USA
