Job Description

- Identify and research potential employers and job boards in target countries.

- Initiate outreach campaigns to engage employers and promote JobsPassport’s services.

- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the recruitment industry.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for employer acquisition.

- Negotiate partnerships and collaborations with job boards and industry organizations.

- Provide regular reports and updates on outreach efforts and results.


Requirements

- Proven experience in business development or sales within the recruitment industry, preferably with a focus on international markets.

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

- Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.

- Understanding of global hiring trends and cultural dynamics.
