Job Description:
Magictap is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the event industry and a proven track record of driving business growth. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting our suite of event technology solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the event industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Represent Magictap at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in business development, preferably in the event industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
