Required skills and qualificationsPrevious work experience as an IT recruiter, or a similar role in the field of recruitmentStrong technical expertise with the skillset to comprehend and communicate job requirements in the IT sectorOutstanding oral and written communication skills, along with a flair for networkingExperience in working with computerised HR IT recruiter software and job boardsAbility to be self-driven and work in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment

Preferred skills and qualificationsBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in IT recruiting or related fieldsStrong understanding of the technical side of an IT recruiter roleProficiency in English and the know-how to tap into the IT talent hub
