We’re seeking an experienced Technical IT Recruiter (NON-US) to join our team and help us find exceptional talent in
Networking, Security, Storage, and Cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment: Develop strategies to attract IT professionals in Networking, Security, Storage, and Cloud.
Sourcing : Use job boards, social media, and networking to find and engage candidates.
Screening: Evaluate resumes and conduct technical screenings to match candidates with job requirements.
Collaboration : Work with hiring managers to understand needs and provide suitable candidates.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience recruiting for Networking, Security, Storage, and Cloud roles is compulsory
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of technical skills in these domains.
Tools: Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools.
Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred).
