Overview:
TheTechnical Recruiter plays a crucial role in identifying attractingand hiring top technical talents for the organization. They areresponsible for sourcing screening and interviewing candidates toensure the company has a skilled and qualified technicalworkforce.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • Collaboratewith hiring managers to understand technical requirements anddevelop recruitment strategies
  • Utilize varioussourcing techniques to identify and attract top technicaltalents
  • Review and screen resumes to ensurecandidates meet the technicalqualifications
  • Conduct indepth technicalinterviews to assess candidates skills andexpertise
  • Coordinate technical skillsassessments and evaluations
  • Manage candidatepipelines and maintain strong relationships with potentialcandidates
  • Provide a positive candidateexperience throughout the recruitmentprocess
  • Utilize recruitment tools and platformseffectively to track and manage candidateinformation
  • Participate in job fairsrecruitment events and networking activities to attract technicaltalent
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure asmooth onboarding process for new technicalhires
  • Stay updated on the latest industrytrends and changes in the technical recruitmentlandscape
  • Contribute to the continuousimprovement of the recruitment process and employer brandinginitiatives
  • Prepare and present regularrecruitment reports and updates to themanagement
  • Ensure compliance with allapplicable employment laws andregulations.

RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Business Administration or a relatedfield
  • Proven work experience as a technicalrecruiter or in a similar role
  • Demonstratedunderstanding of technical roles skills andrequirements
  • Proficiency in using variousrecruitment tools and platforms
  • Strongknowledge of technical screening and evaluationprocesses
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
  • Ability to assess andevaluate technical competenciesaccurately
  • Sound decisionmaking andproblemsolving abilities
  • Strong organizationaland time management skills
  • Ability to workeffectively in a fastpaced and dynamicenvironment
  • Familiarity with employment lawsand regulations regarding recruitmentprocesses
  • Experience in employer branding andtalent attraction strategies
  • Ability to adaptto new technologies and industry trends in technicalrecruitment
  • Proven track record of meetingrecruitment targets and deadlines
  • Certificationin HR or recruitment will be aplus
