Administrator - Supply Chain Support

Job Title: Administrator - Supply Chain SupportSummary: •Supporting GTC on new Experimental sample SAP workflow includes product HS classification review and product export control.• Responsible to support on auditing of HTC codes Globally.Responsibilities Include: Review and Verify Substance Information  Check and validate Real Substance ID information in SAP to ensure accuracy. HTC Code Validation Validate and update HTC codes for newly created materials. Classification Request Initiation Initiate classification requests in the TCM system to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Monitor Classification Process Track the progress of classification requests, ensuring timely completion and updates to HS codes in SAP (MM03).Confirm and update the Country of Origin as necessary. Material Composition Screening Conduct screenings of material composition data to assess compliance with Export Control license requirements. Qualifications: The following are required for the role Bachelor’s degree preferably in business, engineering, management, operations or supply chain Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in supply chain – Logistics/trade compliance. Strong analytical, decision and strategic thinking skills with an attention to detail Demonstrated ability to influence key stakeholders in a matrix environment. Outstanding interpersonal skills with ability to develop relationships and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization globally.
