Job Title:
Administrator - Supply Chain
Summary:
Responsible to co-ordinate with external and internal logistics teams for effective import tracking and perform relabeling support activity for Europe Region. Also, this position will be responsible for maintaining consistency & accuracy of SAP daily operations data and generating daily reports/dashboard for Supply chain operations by understanding business requirements.
Responsibilities Include:
Europe Logistics Support
- Regular follow-up with local logistics team on inbound containers to third party warehouse in the Netherlands.
- Identify which containers are potentially delayed and work with the freight forwarder to accelerate shipment to third party warehouse (together with the logistics specialist).
- Adjust the GR processing time in STO’s for those import containers which are delayed. Communicate to local service leader to prioritize delayed containers.
- Regular follow-up with the EUR Inbound Leader & warehouse manager on drivers for delayed containers. Provide input on process optimization.
Re-labeling management process
- Making sure of placing re-label process orders as per the Bill of Material.
- Making sure of releasing the process orders on time.
- Share weekly report of open re-label orders with warehouse team.
- Follow up with warehouse team to avoid the delays in availability.
Supply Chain Operations support.
- Timely update of delivery dates in SAP Purchase Orders & Stock transfer orders after liaising with relative functions.
- Daily Update on SAP PGID dates in the sales orders/deliveries to ensure Position accuracy & correct confirmation date to customers.
- Support in data analysis, preparing report, presentation slides as needed.
- Responsible for effective collaboration and communication with team members.
Qualifications:
The following are _required _for the role
- 2 years experience in Supply chain support activities.
- Bachelor’s degree. - BCA, BCom, BBM, BE.
- Fluency in English required.
