National Key Account Manager

Job Purpose:To drive the growth and profitability of the company's e-commerce business by managing key accounts, optimizing product listings, and implementing effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:Account Management:
Build strong relationships with key e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, Bigbasaket etc.)Negotiate favorable terms and pricing agreements.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize performance.Product Listing and Optimization:
Ensure accurate and compelling product listings on all e-commerce platforms.Optimize product titles, descriptions, and images to improve search visibility.Monitor and optimize product rankings.Marketing and Promotions:
Develop and execute effective marketing strategies, including promotions, discounts, and digital marketing campaigns.Collaborate with marketing teams to create engaging content and promotional materials.Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.Optimize inventory allocation to maximize sales and minimize stockouts.Sales Analysis and Reporting:
Track sales performance and generate regular reports.Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities.Provide guidance and support to team members.
Required Skills and Experience:Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and relationship with National players and digital marketing.Proven track record in managing key accounts and driving sales.Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.Experience in managing teams and leading projects.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Candidate from FMCG Food will be preffered.
