Position Overview:

Innovize Tech Solutions is seeking a highly efficient and result-driven Digital Sales Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and business development. The role is not limited to digital platforms—it covers both online and offline markets. Therefore, the ideal candidate should have proven expertise in handling sales across both domains, along with strong presentation skills to confidently represent the company at seminars, workshops, and professional events.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement sales strategies for both online and offline markets to achieve company targets.

· Identify, approach, and close new business opportunities across digital and traditional channels.

· Represent Innovize Tech Solutions in seminars, workshops, and corporate presentations with professionalism.

· Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term collaboration.

· Analyze sales performance, monitor market trends, and prepare detailed reports.

· Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to align sales strategies with business goals.

· Guide and mentor junior team members in achieving sales objectives.

Requirements:

· Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or related roles (covering online and offline markets).

· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Ability to confidently represent the company at events, client meetings, and seminars.

· Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets across both online and offline platforms.

· Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.

· Familiarity with digital tools, CRM platforms, and traditional sales techniques.
