Job Description: Inside Sales Specialist (Interns or Freshers) Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving the company’s growth by identifying potential clients, creating tailored outreach strategies, and initiating conversations with key decision-makers. This role demands a strong understanding of our core competencies, excellent research and communication skills, and the ability to set up opportunities for technical discussions with prospects. Key Responsibilities Client Research and Identification : Conduct market research to identify potential clients based on predefined criteria such as industry, revenue, geography, and company size. Develop and refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) for various services and solutions. Outreach Strategy Development : Create compelling and customized pitches for emails, calls, and LinkedIn tailored to specific decision-makers (e.G., Directors, Program Managers, Head, etc.) Lead Generation and Nurturing : Identify and engage with potential leads using CRM tools, databases, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Schedule and conduct initial calls to introduce the company’s expertise and offerings, ensuring alignment with client needs. Pipeline Development : Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by generating and qualifying leads. Ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads to the technical or
