Ltd.Position: Epic MyChart Support SpecialistLocation: Hyderabad, IndiaExperience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experienceAvailability: Immediate joiner (within 4–5 days)Role Overview:As a MyChart Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for patients and clinical staff using the Epic MyChart portal. You’ll provide high-quality technical and functional support, ensuring a smooth, secure, and positive user experience.✨ Key Responsibilities:Provide first-level support for MyChart-related issues (login, access, functionality, etc.)Respond to patient and staff inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systemsTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues with empathy and accuracyMaintain comprehensive records of support interactions and resolutionsCollaborate with clinical and IT teams to enhance user satisfactionDevelop and update user documentation and FAQsRequired Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support, US healthcare, or customer serviceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFamiliarity with ticketing/documentation toolsBasic understanding of EHR systems (Epic experience preferred)Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilitiesBachelor’s or Associate degree preferredPreferred Qualifications:Prior experience supporting Epic MyChartKnowledge of US healthcare workflows and HIPAA complianceStrong multitasking, time management, and customer service skillsCore Competencies:Excellent communication & interpersonal skillsTechnical aptitude and problem-solving mindsetAttention to detailCommitment to delivering superior customer experiencesInterested?We’d love to hear from you Please send your updated resume to: | | |
