Position:
Epic MyChart Support Specialist

Location:
Hyderabad, India

Experience:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

Availability:
Immediate joiner (within 4–5 days)

Role Overview:

As a MyChart Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for patients and clinical staff using the Epic MyChart portal. You'll provide high-quality technical and functional support, ensuring a smooth, secure, and positive user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level support for MyChart-related issues (login, access, functionality, etc.)
  • Respond to patient and staff inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with empathy and accuracy
  • Maintain comprehensive records of support interactions and resolutions
  • Collaborate with clinical and IT teams to enhance user satisfaction
  • Develop and update user documentation and FAQs

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in
    technical support, US healthcare, or customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with ticketing/documentation tools
  • Basic understanding of EHR systems (Epic experience preferred)
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
  • Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience supporting
    Epic MyChart
  • Knowledge of US healthcare workflows and HIPAA compliance
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and customer service skills
