Koh Young SE Asia Pte. Ltd. is a regional office of Koh Young Technology Inc. in South Korea, a leading 3D measurement-based inspection equipment and solutions provider. We perform an essential role for quality control and process optimization in the production fields of diversified industries including smart devices, automotive electronics, telecommunications, military, health care industry, and semiconductors. ( team is looking for a talented, motivated, and high-performing Sales Engineer to join our team. He/She is responsible for prospecting for new business, upselling, and cross-selling within our extensive install base, as well as delivering results against a quota. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal, and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources in order to meet the assigned quotas for their role. Key account management Achieve growth and hit sales targets in assigned territory. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence in South India. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. Job Location :- Bangalore or Chennai

Qualifications and Skills: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/ Postgraduate B.E or equivalent Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronical & Electronics/ Electronics & communication), Required language(s): English. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Sales Portfolio in Industrial Automation Industry, handling OEM & End – user Customers. Especially in (Automotive, white goods, Electronics, telecom /5G , Mobile , PCB , SMT) Exposure in SMT Industry is required. Knowledge of SMT Inspection machine like, SPI, AOI , AXI is preferred . Required Skill(s): Good Communication & presentation skills with an eye for details. Sense of urgency, Goal oriented & dedicate extra hours if needed on assignment. Must be willing to travel for visiting customers.
