Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive B2B business development and client acquisition across India.
- Onboard and manage agents/partners working with the UK market (education, recruitment, banking, or related sectors).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with education consultants and agents.
- Ensure compliance with KYC and regulatory norms for UK bank account services.
- Manage reporting, pipeline tracking, and data-driven insights to support growth.
- Travel extensively (70%) across India for client and partner engagement.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in B2B business development, client acquisition, or agent onboarding.
- Proven exposure to the UK market (education, recruitment, banking, or related projects).
- Strong relationship-building and partner management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Bachelors degree (Masters preferred) in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India (up to 70%).
