Key Responsibilities:
Platform ManagerDemo and Customer Support:
Conduct product demonstrations and provide continued customer support, helping clients make the most of our platform features.Onboarding Users:
Lead welcome sessions to onboard new users and guide them in using the platform effectively.User Profiles:
Assist users in setting up and optimising their profiles on the platform.Collect Feedback and Testimonials:
Regularly gather feedback to improve customer experience and collect testimonials for future marketing use.Maintain and Follow-up CRM
Maintain and update the CRM system (preferably HubSpot) with the latest customer interactions, follow-ups, and progress.Customer Communication:
Ensure timely follow-ups and consistent communication with clients to address needs, issues, and provide updates.
Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience in customer support or a similar role.Experience in managing CRM systems, with HubSpot knowledge being a strong advantage.Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with different teams.Customer-focused with a passion for improving customer satisfaction.
