We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Intern to join our product team. The
ideal candidate will primarily be responsible for tele-calling sales, handling customer
inquiries, and generating leads. This is a fantastic opportunity to
gain hands-on experience in sales and customer relationship management.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Experience- 0-6 Months
Qualification- BBA,BA,MBA,B.Tech or any Bachelors Degree.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers to introduce and sell our
product.
2. Handle inbound customer inquiries, providing information and resolving
issues promptly and effectively.
3. Identify and generate new leads through various channels.
4. Maintain a database of customer information, ensuring accuracy and
completeness.
5. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer
satisfaction and loyalty.
6. Achieve sales targets and KPIs as set by the management.
7. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration
and growth.
8. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the sales process and
customer experience.
Requirements:
1. Proficiency in English and Malayalam is mandatory; proficiency in Hindi is an
added advantage.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Strong sales skills with the ability to persuade and influence customers.
4. Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
5. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain customer
relationships.
6. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part
of a team.
7. Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
8. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel and CRM
Software.
