Job Title: SEO Analyst (Growth)

As an inside sales associate, you will be crucial in promoting and selling digital solutions to medical practitioners, focusing on client acquisition, retention, and building long lasting relationships.
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with strong SEO expertise to join our Growth team. Experience in SEM and SMM is a plus. Knowledge of the healthcare industry is an advantage for crafting tailored digital strategies. This role focuses on driving organic traffic through SEO while utilizing SEM and SMM for broader marketing efforts. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create effective digital campaigns aligned with business goals and audience needs.
Key Responsibilities:
•SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
Lead SEO efforts by conducting comprehensive keyword research and analyzing search trends to improve organic search rankings.
Optimize website content, including landing pages, blogs, and product pages, to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities, such as meta tag optimization, link building, and content optimization.
Regularly monitor and evaluate website performance using SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) to track traffic, rankings, and other KPIs.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical SEO issues by collaborating with web development teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
Stay up to date with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and emerging industry best practices.
•SEM (Search Engine Marketing): – Added Advantage
Manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads) and optimize for increased ROI and conversions.
Conduct keyword research, develop targeted ad copy, and refine landing pages to improve campaign performance.
Adjust bids, budget allocations, and targeting strategies to maximize the effectiveness of paid search campaigns.
Analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to key stakeholders to ensure goals are being met.
SMM (Social Media Marketing):
Assist in creating and managing social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Create and optimize engaging content tailored for each platform, ensuring alignment with SEO and SEM strategies.
Track and analyze social media performance, adjusting strategies to improve engagement and reach.
Cross-Channel Integration:
Integrate SEO, SEM, and SMM efforts to create cohesive, cross-channel digital marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure content is optimized for SEO while supporting SEM and SMM strategies.
Continuously experiment and optimize digital strategies through A/B testing, data analysis, and performance reviews.
Qualifications:
Proven 2+ Yrs of experience as a Digital Marketing Analyst, with a strong focus on SEO.
Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, etc.).
Strong knowledge of SEM platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
Understanding of SMM (social media marketing) platforms and experience running paid social campaigns.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, extract actionable insights, and optimize strategies.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on teamwork and cross-functional alignment.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Certification in SEO, SEM, Digital Marketing, or similar is a plus.
Experience in both organic and paid digital strategies is highly preferred.
