We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Associate to join our team and contribute to the growth of our business. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for partnering with doctors and hospitals in India to increase new fundraisers for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to establish strong relationships and secure regular patient referrals.
  • Develop and execute strategic digital fundraising campaigns to support patients in need.
  • Maintain existing relationships with patients and stakeholders, ensuring seamless client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Provide market insights and recommendations to leadership, driving product development and innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working in a medical/healthcare startup or a related field is an asset.
  • Freshers with a strong passion for entrepreneurship and innovation are also encouraged to apply.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently source, negotiate, meet, and close deals, resulting in successful partnerships and revenue growth.
  • Flexibility to travel within the city for business purposes, as needed.
