The goal is to use NLP, OCR, ML, and computer vision to make business process-specific contextual output using enterprise data. UDP APIs get integrated into rule-based enterprise systems for HRM, ERP, CRM, Accounting, IT operations, and DevOps functions. The integration layer would have business process-specific nuances abstracted to achieve the desired outcomes.
Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Director of Marketing to lead our B2B marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, creative prowess, and analytical skills to drive growth in our target market.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to strengthen the company's market position.- Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve business goals.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and customer success.
2.Target Market Identification:
- Deeply understand the CFO persona, their pain points, and decision-making processes.- Segment the market and identify target niches for tailored campaigns.
3.Digital Marketing:
- Hands-on digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, webinars, and more.
4.Content & Thought Leadership:
- Oversee content strategy, ensuring the production of high-quality whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and other relevant materials.- Position the company as a thought leader in the B2B Finance mid-market space, especially targeting financial executives.
5.Event Management & Networking:
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars.- Organize proprietary events to showcase our solutions and engage potential clients.- Performance Metrics & Analytics:- Track, measure, and analyze all campaign performance and ROI.- Continuously refine marketing strategies based on performance metrics and industry trends.
6.Branding & Positioning:
- Oversee the company's brand strategy, ensuring consistent and powerful messaging across all channels.- Manage PR efforts and media relations to elevate the company’s brand recognition in the fintech industry.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.- Minimum of 7-10 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 5 years for CFO-focused marketing efforts.- Proven experience marketing to C-level executives, preferably CFOs.- Strong understanding of the fintech industry and its nuances.- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and CRM platforms.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to lead and inspire teams, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
