Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Relationship Manager, located in the Purba Bardhaman district. The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and managing client relationships, offering expert insurance advice, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Tasks include consulting with clients to understand their insurance needs, providing personalized insurance solutions, assisting with policy selection and claims management, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions.

Qualifications

  • Strong relationship management and client consultation skills
  • Experience in Motor insurance advisory and personalized insurance solutions
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships
  • Knowledge of the insurance sector, including health,Motor
  • Experience working in the field within the Purba Bardhaman district is a plus
