  • Monitor CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) and take corrective actions to improve ratings.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Oversee day-to-day workshop operations, ensuring timely completion of vehicles.
  • Allocate jobs to service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
  • Monitor quality of repairs and service delivery.
  • Achieve monthly service revenue and profitability targets.
  • Promote value-added services, AMC packages, insurance renewals, and accessories.
  • Monitor parts and labor sales growth.
  • Supervise Service Advisors, Technicians, Job Controllers, and other staff.
  • Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback.
  • Ensure adequate manpower planning and discipline in the workshop.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements.
  • Maintain proper documentation, job cards, warranty claims, and MIS reports.
  • Submit regular reports to higher management regarding performance, revenue, and challenges.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
