Job Description

Triumph Bardhaman is looking for a smart, professional, and customer-oriented Female Showroom Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our esteemed customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasing personality, and the ability to manage front-desk operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome walk-in customers with professionalism and warmth.
• Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and guide customers to the appropriate department.
• Maintain visitor records and ensure smooth customer flow in the showroom.
• Assist the sales and service teams with customer coordination.
• Handle basic administrative tasks and front desk management.
• Maintain the reception area with a premium brand feel.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in front desk/receptionist/customer service role (automobile showroom experience preferred).
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email handling).
• Pleasant personality and strong interpersonal skills.
