Qualifications:


  • Strong experience in hiring OPT, CPT, H1, H4 EAD, etc. candidates from Job portals, universities and network, prior database of OPT candidates.
  • A prior database of H1b/OPT candidates is required.
  • Need to bring consultants on H1b/OPT/H4 EAD to Bench for marketing.
  •   Must have a Good Communications Skills
  •    Proven ability to contribute in a high consistently and positively- paced, changing work environment.
  • Able to manage and lead a team and train the new intake
  • Experience in recruiting OPT/H1/H4 EAD/GC/US citizen hiring with effective hands-on experience on various job boards i.e. Dice, Career builder, Monster, Corp-Corp etc.
  • Coordinating the entire recruitment process till the consultant is on-boarding.
  • Should poses good knowledge on various technologies in the market.
  • Posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals.
  • Good Negotiation, Sourcing and Networking Skills.
  • Having a clear view on the skill sets of the consultants & explaining to the teammates.
  • Should have some understanding about the immigration process.
  • Ability to interact, develop Student network and get the *OPT*/H1/H4 EAD/Green Card.
