SAP SuccessFactors Performance Goals Management PGM Solution Consultant

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management (PGM) Solution Consultant to join our Pune office on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of handson experience in SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management including calibration and thirdparty integrations . As an expert you will lead endtoend implementations redesigns and continuous support of the SAP SuccessFactors PMGM module.
Key Responsibilities:
- EndtoEnd Support: Lead and manage SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management (PGM) enablement initiatives including implementation testing and support .
- Business Analysis: Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide custom solutions to meet client needs.
- Integration Expertise: Manage and support thirdparty integration with the SuccessFactors PMGM module ensuring synchronization and seamless operation.
- Template Configuration & Deployment: Work closely with clients to configure templates deploy and provide ongoing support.
- Issue Resolution: Address priority issues urgently manage L1 L2 and L3 support and coordinate with the SAP Product Team (L4) for bug fixes and product enhancements.
- Customization: Modify XML Performance & Goal templates to align with specific business requirements and create customized reports as per client needs.
- Security Management: Ensure proper handling of SSO SAML 2.0 authentication and support for User Groups and Permission Roles .
- Continuous Monitoring: Monitor SuccessFactors PGM for any product patches enhancements and fixes ensuring optimal system performance.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management (including Calibration) and thirdparty integration .
- Expertise: Indepth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite and PGM module .
- Certification: Must be certified in SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management .
- ProblemSolving: Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in modifying XML templates SSO SAML 2.0 and experience in creating custom reports.
- Collaboration: Strong communication skills capable of working with senior HR and business teams.
- Monitoring & Support: Experience in monitoring product patches and providing L1L3 support .
Good to Have:
- Experience in Customization: Ability to customize PGM configurations and system provisioning.
- Reporting: Proficiency in creating and customizing reports based on business needs.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
