Additional Information
6-10 years of experience as a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, with a proven track record of successful implementations and support projects. Valid SAP SuccessFactors Certification is mandatory. Extensive experience in implementation of Employee Central, LMS, and Onboarding is required. Subject matter expert on role-based permission, Business Rules, imports, Workflows, MDF objects, Data models, and Document generation. Experience/Knowledge in other modules such as Goal Management, Performance Management, Succession and Development Planning, Recruiting, and Onboarding, Reporting is preferred.
