Job Description

Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Consultant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Consultant to join our team at Chintamani Ramesh Bidi. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions for our clients, ensuring seamless integration with their existing HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements and design solutions within the SAP SuccessFactors system.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop detailed project plans.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients on system functionality and best practices.
  • Develop and deliver training materials to end-users on system functionality and best practices.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
  • Valid SAP SuccessFactors Certification is mandatory.
  • Extensive experience in implementation of Employee Central, LMS, and Onboarding, as well as assisting clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support.
  • Subject matter expert on role-based permission, Business Rules, imports, Workflows, MDF objects, Data models, and Document generation.
  • Experience/Knowledge in other modules Goal Management, Performance Management, Succession and Development Planning, Recruiting, and Onboarding, Reporting is preferred.

Project location: Balewadi, Pune

Working hours: Monday to Friday (working on Saturday is eligible for comp. off.)
