Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development / Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B lead generation, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset. This role involves conducting market research, engaging with prospects, and working closely with the sales team to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential leads and target markets for B2B events Implement a variety of lead generation strategies, such as cold calling, email marketing, social media outreach, and attending networking events Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present relevant products/services Evaluate leads and maintain an accurate lead database for tracking and reporting Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead conversion and ensure smooth handover Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer feedback to optimize lead generation for B2B events What Were Looking For: Proven experience in Business Development / Lead Generation Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills Familiarity with social media and digital marketing strategies Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment Bachelors/Masters in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
