PRIOR CREATIVE AGENCY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development and Lead Generation Candidate to join our team. This role is perfect for a self-starter who is eager to gain hands-on experience in the fields of business development and sales. You will work closely to identify potential clients, generate leads, and support various sales initiatives.
NOTE:-
On site Work (Pitampura, New Delhi)
CTC:- Up to 5 Lpa

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels including social media, online databases, and industry events.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and potential business opportunities.
Outreach:  crafting and executing outreach strategies, including email campaigns, cold calls, and social media engagement.
CRM Management: Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate and up-to-date client information.
Networking: Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to network with potential clients and partners.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, success rates, and insights for improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure a cohesive approach to business development initiatives.
Qualifications:
Prior creative agency experience
2-3 years of experience working as a Business Developer.
Salary Package ranging from 3 LPA – 5 LPA plus incentives.
Strong interest in business development, sales, and marketing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to conduct market research and analyse data effectively.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
