Job Overview


Aviate is looking for a Channel Sales Manager to join our team. As a Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with channel partners to drive sales and achieve revenue targets. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Bengaluru, Karnataka, India and the employment type is Full-Time.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 4 to 6 years of experience in channel sales or related field, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing channel partners and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to achieve favorable outcomes with channel partners.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven individual with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Experience in developing and executing channel sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Knowledge of real estate sales processes and the ability to educate and train channel partners on product features.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including real estate agencies and brokers.
  • Identify and approach potential channel partners to expand the companys sales network.
  • Create and execute channel sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Train and educate channel partners on product features, benefits, and selling points.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to channel partners to ensure sales goals are achieved.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns for channel partners.
  • Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to management.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build relationships and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of channel sales initiatives.
