Role Overview We are seeking a Zoho Solution Architect / Lead Developer to lead our Zoho practice. This role combines hands-on delivery, solution design, and mentoring with the opportunity to work directly with U.S. clients. You will help build repeatable government workflow solutions (e.G., Lost & Found, FOIA requests, Housing applications) in Zoho CRM and Creator, and set the foundation for a scalable $3M CRM business line. Key Responsibilities Solution Design : Architect end-to-end Zoho solutions across CRM, Creator, Desk, Analytics, and Flow. Configuration & Development : Hands-on build of modules, workflows, Deluge scripts, APIs, and integrations with external systems (websites, payments, ERPs). Prototyping & IP Development : Work with CEO and U.S. practice leads to create reusable Gov Templates (Lost & Found, Case Management, Complaint Tracking). Client Engagement : Join daily standups and workshops with U.S. clients; translate business processes into scalable CRM solutions. Knowledge
